Mission Statement:
Home of Abundance is a non-profit organization serving the elderly population,
ages 65 and up in the Greater Cleveland area. We are a team of caregivers
offering services to the community to create and transmit happiness, to those in
need. Home of Abundance accomplishes this goal by giving support to the
elderly population to receive service not always available such as; case
management, transportation, light housekeeping and meals on wheels services.
Vision/Objective:
To provide community care services:
• Transportation (Grocery and Appointments)
• Case management
• Meals of wheels
• Health and Fitness (Exercise and health classes)
• Light Housekeeping
• Community activities ( Monthly parties, game night)
